Enjoy three small-town romance novels set in the lovely town of Cobble Creek.
The Sheriff's Bride Trent Lockheart might be the new sheriff in town, but he can’t stop Jessie Jean from stealing his heart.

Sheriff Trent Lockheart knew he’d be in for a challenge when he moved from the big city and a large police force to the small Wyoming town of Cobble Creek. But at least he’d be able to stick to his bachelor ways without temptation. So he thought. Cobble Creek isn’t overflowing with young, single ladies, but Jessie Jean—the gorgeous brunette who runs the Country Quilt Inn—proves more tempting than any woman he’s known.

Jessie doesn’t care much for the new sheriff in town. After an explosive first meeting that almost ends in Jessie’s arrest, she’s even more determined to plan on dinner for one for the rest of her life. Sure, the new sheriff is seriously attractive, and after a second, much less dangerous run-in, he might not be that bad, but Jessie has no plan to marry, date, or even let a man into her life. Still, as the days pass, Trent’s surprising charm works past Jessie’s determination, and she finds promise in their budding relationship.

After opening up about the difficulties in her past, Jessie finds that Trent is guarding a dark tragedy of his own, one that might threaten their chance at a future together.

The Lumberjack's Yuletide Bride Maddie Collins, first-grade teacher at Cobble Creek Elementary, is not a man-hater. Sure, her absent father gave men a bad name, and her mother always warned her that high hopes were dangerous things, but Maddie still hopes to find a man who’ll return the love she has to offer. When lumberjack, Bear Schaefer takes an interest in her, Maddie allows her hopes to soar above the treetops.

Bear Schaefer, aka poster boy for Big Daddy Mills, has been dying to get back to Cobble Creek. As part owner and operator of an environmentally proactive logging company, he has a list of things vying for his attention. But none are quite so alluring as the lovely Maddie Collins. Date after date their connection grows deeper while the sparks grow hotter. Yet just as things become serious between them, a vengeful woman from Bear’s past threatens to tear them apart. With Maddie’s hopes for love so high, and Bear’s love so deep, a fall would be more devastating than a forest fire.

The Snapshot Bride Love is in the air in Cobble Creek—for everyone but Anthony Marino. Month after month the owner of Tony’s Diner watches happy couples stroll through that bell-chiming door, and he can’t help but wonder if it will ever be him. The winds shift drastically in his favor when Kira Moretti rings that very same bell. During a childhood visit to Cobble Creek, the outgoing girl pegged him with his first kiss. When she sets those brown eyes on him years later, he’s pleased to find the feelings are still there. But is Kira here to stay, or does she—like the other women in Anthony’s past—have her eyes set on a different life?

It’s no surprise that Kira Moretti has an imperfect past that soiled the family name. So when Grandpa Moretti leaves his Cobble Creek photography studio to her in his will, Kira’s determined to prove herself worthy. Cobble Creek is just as charming as she remembered, and even better—so is the handsome guy from Tony’s Diner. Chemistry between them sparks fast, and soon Kira’s certain she’s right where she needs to be. But when someone from her past shows, offering long-sought redemption, Kira has to make a choice. Stay with the man she’s just fallen in love with, or take the offer and risk losing him forever.

  • Each story in this wee town of Cobble Creek, drew one into the circumstAnces thAt was happening just like in real life. Even though there were obstacles to overcome, the charActers were able to handle the twists and turns in their journey amazingly well. An enjoyable read.
  • The Sheriff's Bride
I adore Krey and her way of making characters come to life through volatile situations, dynamic banter, and steamy clean romance. There's also something about her writing, especially with the settings, that really strikes a chord deep inside of me and gives me a nostalgic feeling and this small, charming town is no exception.

There are so many events that happen that left me dying to see how they would turn out, especially when Jessie is auctioned off for a date. The denial of attraction is no match for the sparks that emerge through the banter and encounters. I loved this story!

    The Lumberjack's Yuletide Bride
One of my favorite things is when a celebrity (of sorts) doesn't let the fame go to his head and falls back to his roots to find love. Bear and Maddie grew up together and always had a spark that seemed to die out before it truly ignited. But a few years later, the winds pick up and fuel this chemistry into a full-blown, raging fire. The swoon pops between them and I loved watching everything develop in a deliciously satisfying way.

What would a story be without a little conflict? This one comes in the form of a volatile woman and sprinkles seeds of doubt across the board. As a whole, this story will leave you with a feeling of contentment and happiness. I can always count on Kimberly Krey to deliver a sweet treat right to my heart.

    The Snapshot Bride
The immediate connection was satisfying because these two have a past and I loved watching the flames spark up. Kira is outgoing and impulsive, while Anthony is more shy and tentative, but they balance each other perfectly as they navigate a new future, and especially while they sift through their past issues.

I've said it before and I'm sure I'll say it again--Cobble Creek is a very soothing, comforting place and I love my time spent there. I love seeing characters from other books make appearances and I love getting to know a few new residents at a time.

    Content steamy clean romance
  • These stories were all interesting. The 1st book was my favorite of the 3. Trent and Jessie were so cute and funny. I also enjoyed the 2nd book, Bear and Maddie had known each other for such a long time but had had a missed opportunity in the past. The 3rd book was my least favorite. Both Kira and Anthony seemed a little too wishy washy for my taste, but it still was a good story.

Cobble Creek is the kind of town I think anyone would enjoy. I look forward to learn the stories of many others who live there.
  • Great stories taking place in a small town outside of Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
It nice to meet some of the characters from previous stories mentioned, some with families.
  • Each book in this series shows the hurt and the heartache of losing someone you love and the power of love and forgiveness to restore and rebuild new lives
  • Enjoyed the first three books in the Cobble Creek series. Each is a standalone but some characters pop up in the other books. Sweet and clean romance.
  • Amazing story. I loved this book. I loved the story and could not even suspect what would happen next. Very good.
